1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

All products sold through Thus Spake Qayin Records are produced and fulfilled on demand.
Orders are typically processed and sent to fulfillment within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Production and shipping times may vary based on product type, destination, and seasonal demand. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

2. Shipping

a. Delivery Estimates
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days

  • International: 5–20 business days

These are estimated ranges and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

b. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on product type, destination, and quantity.
Orders with multiple items may incur combined shipping costs, depending on fulfillment location and product category.

c. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier once the shipment has entered their network.
